Zingerman's Delicatessen is a gourmet delicatessen and food business located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. It was founded in 1982 by Paul Saginaw and Ari Weinzweig and has since grown to include a number of additional businesses, including a bakery, creamery, coffee roastery, and more.


Zingerman's Deli is known for its traditional Jewish deli fares, such as hand-carved pastrami, corned beef, and brisket, as well as a variety of sandwiches, soups, and salads. They also offer a wide selection of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, and other specialty foods. The deli has received numerous accolades and is considered one of the best delis in the United States.


In addition to its retail operations, Zingerman's also offers a variety of classes, tours, and events, including tours of the deli, cooking classes, and tastings of various foods and drinks.


The company also operates a mail-order business, allowing customers to have their products shipped directly to them.
