Setting a mindful intention everyday

I have been trying to set an intention in the morning for how I would like my day to go. Here is one phrase I have been using that helps me get motivated to move through my day. “Today, I commit myself to ____________________.” For me, I usually like to do this right when I get up and before I take Clifford my Boston Terrier out for his morning walk.
