After talking to us and you have decided that you would like us to be your agent 😀the next important step is to get a preapproval letter if you are thinking of buying a home. This letter states to us and the prospective seller that you are serious about purchasing a home and you have the means to purchase one. The letter also means that a lender has looked over your finances and has determined how much home you can afford. Please let us know if you need help finding a lender.
