AAPS Closed Thursday, February 13th Due to Winter Weather

Due to a wintry mix of precipitation expected to continue overnight and poor road conditions, Ann Arbor Public Schools (AAPS) will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, February 13th.

This closure impacts all school-related activities:

All after-school activities are canceled.

All school buildings will remain closed.

AAPS understands how challenging last-minute schedule changes can be for families. That’s why they are committed to sharing weather-related closure announcements as early as possible to allow families time to make necessary arrangements. As always, the safety of students, staff, and families is top priority. Please stay warm, stay safe, and take extra care if you need to travel.

What Can You Do?

Plan for a productive day at home! Encourage your children to engage in creative activities or get ahead on schoolwork.

Check out community resources! aadl.org and other online platforms often have virtual activities and learning resources for children stuck indoors.
